Affiliate Contest Terms

Acceptance of the Terms.

These Affiliate Contest Terms (these “Terms”) apply to your participation in the contest described below (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions found here [https://bonsaimirai.tapfiliate.com/programs/mirai-goods-affiliate-program/tos/] (the “Program Terms”), which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. References to the “Program” in the Program Terms include this Contest. Any capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning given to them in the Program Terms.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued participation in the Contest following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You should check this page from time to time, so you are aware of any changes.

Contest Eligibility.

You may participate in the Contest by being invited to participate by Mirai or by applying to be a participant and having your application accepted by Mirai. Once you are approved as a Contest participant, you may make your unique link provided through the Affiliate Tool (your “Affiliate Link”) available to potential Mirai Academy subscribers subject to the rules and restrictions set forth in these Terms and the Program Terms.

Duration of Contest.

The Contest will run from October 15th, 2024 to January 15th, 2025. The Contest winner will be selected and announced by January 31st, 2025.

Awarding of Prizes.

For each eligible transaction as defined in Section 5 below, Affiliates will be awarded points equal to 10% of the subscription value. Except as set forth herein, points are subject to applicable rules and restrictions governing “Commission” under the Program Terms. The Affiliate with the most points at the end of the Contest will receive the grand prize. One grand prize will be awarded. Additional prizes may be awarded at Mirai’s discretion. Mirai and the Contest winner will mutually agree on the schedule for the events included in the grand prize. If Affiliate’s participation in the Program is terminated for cause, Mirai will have no obligation to conduct events included in the grand prize after the effective date of termination.

The total number of new subscribers registered for Mirai Academy through all Affiliate Links during the Contest determines which grand prize will be awarded, as set forth in the Affiliate Tool.

Eligible Transactions.

Affiliates will only be awarded points for subscriber transactions that meet all of the following criteria:

Subscribers must be new subscribers to Mirai Academy or must not have been a paid subscriber within 60 days prior subscribing via the Affiliate Link.

For any renewing subscriptions purchased by a subscriber, Affiliate will receive points for the initial purchase and any renewals during the contest timeline.

Affiliate must be in good standing under these Terms, the Program Terms, and any other applicable terms and conditions at the time of the transaction and at the time the grand prize is awarded.

Subscribers must subscribe via the Affiliate Link and the subscription must be accepted by Mirai.

Transactions must be completed during the Contest dates.

Subscriptions obtained by fraudulent means, subscriptions that Mirai suspects to be fraudulent, or subscriptions obtained through misuse of the Affiliate Link, or in violation of these Terms or the Program Terms are not eligible.

In competitive situations with other Affiliates, Mirai may elect to provide points earned from a transaction to the Affiliate that we deem to be the most eligible, at our discretion.
